About Me:

Hello! Thank you for taking the opportunity to get to know me. My name is Selina, and I am a birth doula. I currently hold certifications for Doula (DONA), childbirth education, Lamaze/Bradley method training, and lactation for doulas. I received my doula training from Capital City Doula Services & DONA International. I have also taken Reiki Master classes. I have an extensive medical background and experience as a registered behavior tech. I am also a mother of 4 teenagers, and aunt to many children. I am a proud member and advocate for ASD and the LGBTQIA+ community. .
My goal as a doula is to become a voice for anyone that needs empowerment. To support you emotionally and physically through your birth journey, during labor and delivery, as well as your 4th trimester: the 12 weeks postpartum. My vision (with your permission) is to educate you and plant seeds of knowledge so that you may use those tools and resources as an addition to the wonderful parent that you will already be becoming.

Birth Doula Rates:
Open Text & Phone communication; 1-initial encounter so you may get to know me-this can be done at the client's convenience of a 20-minute phone call, in person public meeting, or video chat via Zoom/Facetime; 2-Prenatal visits; 24-hour contracted birth support; 1-4 to 6 week follow up PP visit/call/video chat. Payment plans, financial assistance, Humana Medicaid billing accepted
Available by phone and text for any questions from 8:00am until 10:30pm. Anything after 10:30 pm CST will be answered first thing 8:00am the next morning
Every client will receive a FREE customized birth elephant or baby blanket as a THANK YOU/Congratulatory gift
